AccurioPro software includes many advanced VDP features as standard components, however, for specialty applications the software also supports a number of optional modules. Each module is installed and activated independently, and adds a specific feature set to AccurioPro software. Please review the list of optional modules below and click for more information.
Provides support for variable, linear bar codes in a number of popular formats, including Code 39, Code 128, UPC, and Interleaved 2 of 5. The software also includes a royalty-free set of bar code fonts for use with the module. Please note that all fonts must be downloaded separately from the web site.
Provides support for variable 2D bar codes in a number of popular formats, including QR Code, Data Matrix, and PDF417. The software also includes a royalty-free set of bar code fonts for use with the module. Please note that all fonts must be downloaded separately from the web site.
Allows InDesign grouped objects to be imported in the same fashion as picture files. Groups can contain placeholders for variable data that will be updated after the import. Can also be used for Page Building applications.
Create custom price styles that can be applied automatically to incoming price data. Perfect for creating display pricing for retail flyers, store signage, shelf tags, etc.
The Pro Pack is a set of utility functions that have been integrated with the software. All of the utilities are script-based, and each utility is designed to perform various variable data tasks, such as case conversion. The Pro Pack is also required for the development of custom Rule Actions that can be created using JavaScript. Example scripts are provided.
Provides support for URL-based variable images. Can also support any system capable of generating images via HTTP requests (e.g. custom maps, etc). Additionally, for AccurioPro Catalog, this module allows direct connectivity to external data sources via HTTP or ODBC. Such connectivity allows direct updating of documents without the need to generate an intermediate data file.
The Scripting Module enables the full scripting API for the software. This module is required for automation projects, and is also required for integration with the Enfocus Switch workflow automation software.
Provides additional export and reporting functionality, allowing all tagged data to be exported into a database format that matches the structure of the original data file. This module can be used to extract document content for use in web sites or content management systems.
Provides additional functionality for exporting PDF files from tagged documents. Includes features such as auto-generation of product hyperlinks. The batch processing feature allows hundreds of documents to be exported at the same time. This module is perfect for PDF catalogs and online “page flipping” systems.
Provides square inch analysis reporting capabilities for tagged documents. Squinch areas can be calculated automatically, or defined by the user. Reports can be exported in CSV format, or previewed in any web browser. Includes batch processing capability.
Assists in the creation of a multi-level Product, Manufacturer or Part Number index. Index entries can be imported from existing files, or added using the product interface. Each page can be assigned any number of index entries. The overall style and structure of the index is defined by the user.
Automatically build document pages and tables from your database. Page “building blocks” are defined by the user and saved as InDesign documents. Supports the creation of variable-length tables for products with multiple part numbers. Requires GroupPicture Module.
